Cascadia is a certified community development financial institution. More than 250 investors–individuals, institutions, and foundations–provide the loan capital necessary to support its borrowers.
Cascadia offers an excellent socially reponsible investment opportunity for institutions. By investing with Cascadia, people are directly helping to create jobs in communities around the Northwest and helping to provide business ownership opportunities to hard-working, yet disadvantaged, entrepreneurs.
In addition to receiving the satisfaction of helping others in the Northwest, investors may choose to receive a nominal financial return on their investment.
