Central Oregon
Commercial Lender
Cascadia and the Central
Oregon Partnership are embarking on a pilot collaboration in
which we are committed to providing capital and support services
to for-profit and non-profit small businesses in Oregon's nine
county Central Corridor, with a particular emphasis on those
located in Jefferson, Crook and Deschutes Counties. The primary

and non-profits in Central Oregon.
Cascadia Revolving Fund is an
eighteen year-old non-profit community development financial

whose activities help build and sustain their local communities.
Community building activities include businesses that diversify
and create jobs in rural economies; entrepreneurship by low-income
people, women, minorities and immigrants; and initiatives that
protect or preserve the environment. www.cascadiafund.org
The Central Oregon Partnership
is committed to reducing the root causes of poverty in the seven
communities of Bend, La Pine, Madras, Prineville, Redmond, Sisters
and Warm Springs. This non-profit formed under the auspices of
the Northwest Area Foundation, is dedicated to working in collaboration
with established, high-performing public agencies and private-sector
institutions to create non-traditional initiatives to break the
cycle of poverty. www.copartnership.org
